- Your guest module includes contact details, companies, groups, table assignments, meal choices, and ticket types.
- Organize your guests into tables. Easily view unseated guests. Browse through them and sort by group or alphabetically. Give your tables custom names and edit the number of seats at each table.
- Review your item donation submissions in the admin panel at a glance and quickly add them to your items module.
- Manage all your auction donors in one place, along with their donations, contact details, and donation totals.
- View and edit all your packages. Includes donors, contents, and the option to make your package private (so it doesn't display in your public auction preview page) while you edit it.
- Manage all your sponsors in one place. Includes sponsor perks, pledge payment tracking, company contacts, and more.
- Our detailed reports provide you with different metrics to gauge the success of your event, from package popularity and profitability to guest participation and year to year comparisons, you can quickly assess the areas that did well and the areas with growth potential.
Public Event Landing Page
Market your event to your guests with a customized event landing page. Templates include in-app ticket sales, auction preview area, item donation submissions, custom text, and a sponsor spotlight.
- Your guests can preview auction items from your event landing page. They can filter items by category, starting bid, buy-out option, or search by multi-item packages.
- Donors can submit item donation suggestions and pictures of their donation through your event landing page. You can collect donor and item information with no data entry on your part.
- Guests can purchase tickets directly from the event landing page. The new in-app system is included in your MyGala package with no additional fees (except for Paypal fees-- there's nothing we can do about that!).
- You can customize your event page with your choice of background color or upload an image, add your own text, your choice of widget (ticket sales, sponsor spotlight, custom text, etc.), and more.
Day of the Event
Run a smooth event with a speedy check-in process, quick transaction data entry, and a streamlined check-out and item pick up process.
- Access MyGala during your event from the cloud. All you need is an internet connection and a browser and you're good to go.
- Quickly check-in guests at your event. Search by guest name, email, or phone number. You can then edit their contact information, view table seating and meal choices. You can also view their group members and click to check everybody in.
- Quickly enter guest transactions. You can input them using bid/ item numbers or search by name. The screen also shows recent transactions to ensure your volunteers don't double-enter transactions
- Check-out has never been faster with our easy check-out module. Quickly search for guests. Review transactions and input payment confirmation information to ensure a fast reconciliation. You can even enter last minute transactions from the same screen. Guests automatically receive their receipts by email.
- Run an organized item pick-up area with our will call area. Search by guest name or bid number and quickly see whether they've paid for their transactions and are ready for pick-up. You can view recent payments on the right to more efficiently prepare items for pick-up. Quickly mark items as picked up and/ or enter notes for each pick-up.
