Refer a friend to MyGala. When they book their event, you will each receive a $100 credit towards your next event.


Here at MyGala, we strive to provide an amazing product with affordable pricing.  We base our prices on the amount of work required by our team to help make your event as easy as possible. Our goal is to help you earn the most at your event without breaking the bank on software. We've also designed the software to make it easier to learn.

A short in-person* introduction to MyGala's planning tools. Topics include:

  • Guest Entry/Grouping
  • Tracking/Organizing Donated Items
  • Creation/Management of Sellable Packages
  • Transaction Entry
  • Searching/Editing Payments
  • Accessing/Processing Reports
  • Customizing/Controlling your Event Landing Page

A short in-person* briefing on the use of MyGala for your event volunteers/staff shortly before your event date. Topics include:

  • Checking guests in as they arrive
  • Entering transactions into MyGala
  • Checking guests out and processing payments
  • Hosting a Will Call area for package pickup

Phone/email support for follow-up questions/tech support. We're a small team, so we're not available 24 hours a day, but we'll give you personalized support and attention. We'll also make ourselves available for night-of questions or issues that arise.

We'll create a custom email receipt containing your logo and colors, custom text (or you can use ours), along with personalized contact information. Our email template can be used for donor thank yous and/ or night-of receipts for all transactions.

And of course, the entire MyGala program itself for your event!

Please check out our Features page for everything included in the program. With MyGala, you're never locked into a long-term contract. Pricing is provided on a per-event basis, but you can access all your post-event reports for up to three years after the event. If you're interested in using MyGala for multiple events, we do offer multi-event discounts.

* In-person training will only be provided within a reasonable distance from the East Bay area in California. For distances outside of a 25 mile radius, a live video-conference will be provided for training including all above-mentioned content. In-person trainings outside of a 25 mile radius are subject to an additional travel fee.
